Refund & Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretary.

Cancellations made 60 days or more before the conference start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable but transferable to future editions.
